You should receive your AAdvantage® Debit Card within 3-5 working days of signing up but it can sometimes take up to 7 working days if there have been any recent Royal Mail strikes or Bank holidays. There can also be general delays with your local postal service (which we have no control over).
If your AAdvantage® Debit Card hasn't arrived within 7 working days of completing the sign up journey, please email us at help.aadvantage@currensea.com This is particularly important if you have upcoming travel plans, so that we can possibly arrange for another card to be dispatched to you prior to your travels.
